Ascent Sports and Merge Sports Combine Agencies

LOS ANGELES, CA/BOULDER, CO (Aug. 24) -- Ascent Sports Management (Boulder, CO) and Merge Sports & Entertainment (Los Angeles, CA) announce the merger of their sports representation firms to create Ascent Sports & Entertainment. Tom Mills, Ascent Partner, and Mark Slough, Merge President, made the joint announcement.  The new firm will maintain offices in both Denver and Los Angeles.
 
After combining both representation practices, Ascent Sports & Entertainment will represent over 30 current NFL players including Cowboys NT Jay Ratliff, Broncos TE Daniel Graham, Patriots RB Sammy Morris, Panthers DE Tyler Brayton, Bears OL Frank Omiyale and Ravens DT Justin Bannan.  Distinguished alumni of the two firms include former Pro Bowlers Rod Smith and Tony Boselli, 2009 Hall of Fame Inductee Randall McDaniel and former Oklahoma linebacker and Butkus award winner Rocky Calmus.
